Out of the Blue is the sophomore album by the American singer, songwriter, and guitarist Tom Prasada-Rao, self-released on Ahimsa Acoustics in 1994. The album was produced by Tom Prasada-Rao. All songs written by Tom Prasada-Rao except the Marvin Gaye classic “Inner City Blues (Make Me Wanna Holler)”.
