The Gift of Tears is the debut album by the British alternative folk-rock group The Revolutionary Army of the Infant Jesus, released on Probe Plus ‎in 1987. The album was recorded June-August 1987 by Kevin Wright and Ron Bentley at The Sanatorium in Liverpool, England; with Wright and the band producing. The group features Les Hampson, Paul Boyce, Bill Dawson, David Seddon, Jon Egan, Bronek Kram, Sue Boyce, and Angela Mounsey.
