Soul Ballads is a studio album by the Norwegian singer and songwriter Sigvart Dagsland, released on the Norwegian label Norske Gram in 2001. The album was recorded by Bjørn Nessjø at Nidaros Studio in Trondheim, by Erlend Fauske and Kjetil Fluge at Sounds Familiar AS in Bergen, and by Giert Clausen at Fersk Lyd in Oslo, Norway; with Bjørn Nessjø, Georg Wadenius, and Sigvart Dagsland producing. Mixed by Alar Suurna. Arranged by Georg Wadenius and Sigvart Dagsland. Music written by Sigvart Dagsland with lyrics by Dagsland and Mike McGurk.

Featuring Sigvart Dagsland on lead vocals (as well as electric piano on tracks 2, 6, and 9), backed by a session band consisting of Bengt Egil Hanssen on keyboards and Hammond organ, Georg Wadenius on acoustic and electric guitars, Børge Petersen Øverleir on electric guitar, Gulleiv Wee on bass (of Janne Hagens Gospel Combo and Dreampilots fame), and Per Lindvall on drums and percussion. Background vocals by Frank Ådahl, Johanna Nyström, and as well Heine Totland on track 1.
