Acoustic: The Best of Mark Heard is a compilation album by the American singer and songwriter Mark Heard, released on Home Sweet Home Records in 1985, distributed by Word. Featuring selected acoustic-oriented songs from Heard’s studio albums released on Home Sweet Home between 1981 and 1984, including one previously unreleased track, “Family Name”, written by Heard’s friend Bill Batstone of Good News fame.
