Over and Over is the debut album by the American contemporary gospel singer Margaret Bell, released on Reprise Records in 1991, a Time Warner Company. Also distributed by Warner Alliance. The album was produced by Benjamin “BeBe” Winans (tracks: 1, 4, 8), Scott MacLeod (tracks: 2, 3, 5, 7), Tim Miner (tracks: 6 ,9, 10), and Trace Scarborough (tracks: 2, 3, 5, 7).

Baby sister to acclaimed gospel singer Vanessa Bell Armstrong and wife of Philadelphia running back Keith Byars, Margaret Bell proves on this debut that when it comes to belting out a tune about her Lord and Savior she can more than hold her own. With a voice and style reminiscent of her big sister, she manages to establish her own identity on a collection of songs produced and contributed by such diverse personalities as Tim Miner, David Ebensberger, BeBe Winans, Scott MacLeod and Trace Scarborough.

The album opens with an attractive up-tempo dance selection about the Lord’s imminent return entitled «Any Day Any Minute Now». Bell’s extensive range and flexibility serve her well on the album. She breathes an air of believability into each song, delivering each as if it were her own personal testimony. The album revolves around God’s unchanging love and devotion and how he has wooed and captured her heart for life (regardless of the situations that arise). Some of the album’s highlights include a rollicking tune entitled «What You Do»; the inspirational flavored, «I Choose to Be a Believer» which heats up at the end only to cut off just as things finally get rolling; and my personal favorite, the Tim Miner-penned, «I Trust in You».
