Love & Despair is the ninth studio album by the American electronic rock band Mad at the World, Kickstarter-funded and independently released in February 2025. The album was recorded at MATW Studios in Ft Worth, Texas; and at Rose Studios in High Desert CA / Ft Worth Texas; with The Rose Brothers producing. All songs by Roger Rose and Randy Rose except lyrics on track 4 written by Jason Ames, and lyrics on track 10 written by Kevin Wilson.

All instruments and vocals by Roger Rose and Randy Rose except for: bass on track 4 by Jason Ames; guitar solo on track 5 by Brent Gordon; guitar solo on track 8 by Mike Pendleton; bass on track 8 by Michael Cyr; as well as harmonies and background vocals on tracks 1 and 13 by Joe Giddings.
