Live: After all these Years… is a live album by the British folk group Glorylanders, independently released by the group in 1991.

The Glorylanders tour in October 1990 was a hectic blur of activity, 10 concerts in eight days in towns such as Bremen, Munster, and Bochum. “It felt strange entering a town land seeing ‘Glorylanders: Live In Concert’ posters up on the advertising hoardings.” recalls Bill Simmons. “We played to packed halls, cafes, folk clubs, the highlight being the famous ’26’ club in Herne. Johnny said it would be full but what we didn’t expect was for people to be stood outside on the pavement trying to see the concert through the windows! It was a special evening with people sat on the stage, on the tables, on the bar. When we sang the last of our 17 songs we were deafened with people chanting for encores. It was a real revelation to see a video taken at the club. When the camera panned to the members of the audience nearly all of them were in their teens and twenties and the majority were singing the words of the songs! Johnny explained that nearly all the Glorylanders’ songs had been included in the Lutheran Song Book!” A live recording, ‘Live: After All These Years’ was made of the Glorylanders German tour. One of the unexpected and most enjoyable gospel music surprises for many a year. The fact that this album sparkles with such freshness to a listener who wasn’t even a Christian when Glorylanders shared bills with Cliff Richard, shows the quality and timelessness of their particular brand of Kingston Trio-style folk harmonies and songs like «Jesus Met The Woman» and «Are You Going My Way». Classic stuff from an era of turtle-necked troubadours performing in coffee bars festooned with fishnets and the fact that a far-from-aged audience can respond so responsively shows that these guys can still deliver. Thoroughly recommended to gospel nostalgists striving to recapture a lost youth and roots music enthusiasts wanting an; insight into the earliest days of Britain’s Christian music.
