In Feast or Fallow is the seventh studio album by the American singer and songwriter Sandra McCracken, independently released on her own label Towhee Records in 2010. The album was produced by Derek Webb. Mixed by Shane D. Wilson assisted by Erin Kaus at Pentavarit in Nashville, Tennessee.

Everything on this recording was performed by Sandra McCracken and Derek Webb. Special guest vocals by Lori Chaffer of Waterdeep fame (track 2), Chelsey Scott (track 1), Thad Cockrell (track 10), and Derek Webb (tracks 4, 7, 10, 12, and 14).
