Description

The self-titled, third album by the German songwriter, keyboardist, arranger, and producer Dieter Falk was released on the German gospel label Pila Music in 1989. Also released by Myrrh Records the same year in both UK and US. The album was recorded and mixed by John Guess and was produced and arranged by Dieter Falk with John Guess and Angelika Falk co-producing. Recorded at various studios in Germany and the US; Sound Studio N in Cologne, Tonstudio Bauer in Ludwigsburg, and Ton- & Videostudio Leonberg in Leonberg; and as well at Hollywood Sound Recorders in Los Angeles, California, and at Sound Stage Studios in Nashville, Tennessee;

Featuring Dieter Falk on piano and keyboards backed by a session band consisting of Jon Goin and Steve Lukather on guitars, Joe Chemay on bass, Paul Leim on drums with Leim and Terry McMillan providing percussion (with the latter also providing harmonica). Also featuring Nippy Noya on kalimba, Mark Douthit and Michael Paulo on saxophone, and a brass section consisting of Gary Grant, Jerry Hey, and Michael Stewart on trumpet and as well Bill Reichenbach and Joe Gallardo on trombone.
