The Noise We Make is the debut album by the American worship singer and songwriter Chris Tomlin, released on sixstepsrecords in 2001, manufactured by Sparrow Label Group, distributed in the US by Chordant Distribution Group. The album was produced by Nathan Nockels of Watermark fame and Chris Tomlin.
Chris Tomlin is one of the most popular worship leaders among students around the world. His debut album has a wonderful sound, ranging from intimate worship to vigorous praise, celebration and love to our Creator. Each song is excellent – I particularly like «The Wonderful Cross», based on Isaac Watts’ «When I Survey The Wondrous Cross». «This Is Our God» and «Be Glorified» are outstanding, while «America» reveals his yearning for God’s Kingdom to come to his land.
