Description
Transparent is the third album by the American alternative rock band Broomtree, released on Rustproof Records in 1999, distributed by Pamplin Music Distribution. The album was recorded by Derri Daugherty, Flip Flop (Jason Barnett), and Marc Byrd at Earful Sound in Nashville, Tennessee; with Byrd (of Common Children, Hammock, and The Choir fame) producing. Mixed by Chris Colbert. All songs written or co-written by Kylie Schilg.
Broomtree features Kylie Schilg on vocals and guitar, Nathan Westbeld on guitar, Jonathan Batchelder on bass (with Drew Powell sitting in on tracks 6, 7, and 12), and Scotty Yoder on drums (with Terry Platt sitting in on tracks 6 and 10). Additional percussion provided by Steve Hindalong of The Choir.
