Description

Pilgrim is the seventh studio album by the American singer and songwriter Barry McGuire, released on Live Oak Records in 1989, manufactured and distributed by Word. The album was produced and recorded by Dan Collins at Hallmark Productions in Westlake Village, California. Mixed by Collins and Jim Scheffler at Hallmark Productions. Arranged by Al Perkins.

Featuring Barry McGuire on lead and backing vocals, as well as guitar and harmonica, backed by a session band consisting of John Andrew Schreiner on piano and synthesizer, Al Perkins on guitar, Leon Gaer on bass, Dave Spurr on drums, with producer Dan Collins on percussion. Backing vocals provided by Jamie Owens-Collins and Dan Collins, Patty and Wendell Burton, as well as Wendy Talbot of Wendy & Mary fame.
