Love & Affection is an album by the American indie rock project All Things Bright and Beautiful (featuring Lee Bozeman, the Luxury frontman), released on Northern Records in 2003. The album was recorded by Andy Prickett in the Spring of 2003.
Lee Boseman, the voice behind Luxury, is still making music under various pseudonyms and his own name. Love & Affection, recorded under the band name All Things Bright and Beautiful, is a remarkable, beautiful, and harrowing confessional album about love, lust, betrayal, guilt and forgiveness. It’s one of the best, and most disturbing, albums written from a Christian worldview I’ve ever heard. There is one EP, also quite good, under the name His Name is Orient. And there are several more recent EPs under Lee Boseman’s own name. I believe he’s currently studying for the Orthodox priesthood. [Andy Whitman]
