Description
Stringtown is a double disc (“Fan Club Exclusive“) live album by the American alternative pop band Jars of Clay, independently released by the band in 1999. This album was created exclusively for members of The Official Jars of Clay Fan Club. The two-disc set features a 15-track first disc of live concert performances (including a special concert at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville with the Nashville String Machine, conducted by Ronn Huff), while the second disc includes multimedia features, videos, and extras.
Stringtown… the live CD recording… an Official Jars of Clay Fan Club exclusive, is available only to members. Includes six Jars of Clay favorites performed live with the Nashville String Machine. Fifteen tracks in all, including the never-before available live versions of «Liquid», «The Coffee Song», «Truce», «4:7» and «Hymn». Plus… a bonus interactive CD that includes exclusive video footage from the Stringtown concert, videos for «Crazy Times» and «Five Candles», photos and web links!
