Time: Remix is a remix album featuring songs by the American folk-rock duo 100 Portraits (husband-and-wife duo Ben & Robin Pasley), independently released in the US on Blue Renaissance Music in 2002, distributed by Grassroots Music Distribution. Featuring remixes of all tracks from 100 Portraits’ 1995 debut album, Time Will Be The Tell. Remixed by Barry Patterson (track 1); Ryan Lott (tracks 2, 4, 5, 8, and 11), Will Hunter (tracks 3, 9, and 10), and Rocky Presley (tracks 6, 7, and 12).
We handed the original recording masters of Time Will Be The Tell to the duplicator the morning of our wedding day, November 5, 1994. As a gesture of thanks to our fans we asked some of our friends to collaborate with us on the Time: Remix. Revisited after all these years.
The Remix rules. Do whatever you want with the originally recorded tracks (and artwork). Record no new tracks. Re-tell the songs as you hear it.
As Time rolls on we continue to remember those early touring days, the people that helped us get this far, and dreams that create a future for our creative work…
