Description
Front Row, a live recording, is the fifth album by the American singer, songwriter, and keyboardist David Meece, released on Myrrh Records in 1982, a division of Word. The album was recorded by Malcolm Harper of Reelsound Recordings, live at Lincoln Center in Fort Collins, Colorado; with Brown Bannister producing and Jack Joseph Puig engineering. Mixed by Bob Clark at Great Circle Sound in Nashville, Tennessee.
Featuring David Meece on acoustic piano and lead vocals, backed by a live band consisting of Shane Keister on keyboards and synthesizers, Brent Rowan on guitars, Craig Nelson on bass, and Keith Edwards on drums. Backing vocals provided by Donna McElroy, Glenda Smith White, and Kim Fleming. Additional musicians featured on the album: Jon Goin on guitar, Farrell Morris and Mark Morris on percussion, as well as The Nashville Hornworks (George Tidwell, Billy Puett, Buddy Skipper, Roger Bissell, and Denis Solee).
