Description
In Concert, Volume Two is the second live album by the American singer and songwriter Amy Grant, released on Myrrh Records in November 1981, a division of Word. The album was recorded by Jack Joseph Puig with Brown Bannister producing. In Concert, Volume Two was the second album of a double live set, the other being In Concert, which was released earlier the same year. Featuring four new songs: “I’m Gonna Fly” (which became a Top Ten Christian radio hit), “You Gave Me Love” (a cover of the B.J. Thomas song), “Fill Me With Your Love,” as well as “Nobody Loves Me Like You” with DeGarmo & Key (a song originally featured on their 1980 album This Ain’t Hollywood).
Amy Grant was backed by the DeGarmo & Key Band (Dana Key on guitars and vocals, Eddie DeGarmo on keyboards, Greg Morrow on drums, with Mike Brignardello stepping in on bass for Tommy Cathey), as well as singer-songwriter Billy Sprague on guitars and vocals and Gerry Peters on Oberheim OB-X synthesizer. Background vocals provided by David Durham, Theresa Ellis, Jan Harris, and Gary Pigg.
