Description
Sons of Liberty is the major label debut album by the British rock band Split Level, released in the UK on What? Records in 1987, distributed by Word UK. (The previous year the band had released a cassette album entitled Break The Chains on Big Feet Records.) The album was recorded at Homestead Studios in Randalstrom, Northern Ireland; with Andy McCarroll of Moral Support fame producing. Mixed by Neil Costello at ICC Studios in Eastbourne, England. All songs written by the band.
Split Level is Adrian Thompson on guitar and vocals, Derek Currie on bass and vocals, and Barry Kennedy on drums and vocals. (Keyboards on the album provided by Brian Jones and Enda Walsh.)
