Description
Citizen of Heaven is the solo debut album by the American singer, songwriter, session musician, and producer Phil Madeira, a former member of Phil Keaggy Band, released on Refuge Records in 1986. The album was recorded and mixed by JB with Bubba Smith and Phil Madeira producing.
The album track “The Call of the Master” is also featured on the multi-artist compilation Rock Across America released on Shadow Records in 1986.
