Description
Missing in Action is the sophomore and final album by the British pop-rock outfit Mark Williamson Band, released on Myrrh Records in 1984, a division of Word. The album was recorded and mixed during August 1983 by Chas Watkins at Cloud 9 in Surrey, England; with Francis Usmar producing. This release is least new-wave, more R&B blue-eyed soul, with some of the Police mixed in. The Chris Eaton-penned “Where Do We Go From Here” previously had been recorded by Cliff Richard on his 1982-album Now You See Me…Now You Don’t.
Mark Williamson Band features Mark Williamson on bass and vocals; Chris Eaton on keyboards and vocals; Rob Marshall on guitar, violin, and vocals; and Mark N. Millin on drums, percussion, and vocals.
