Danny Taylor and Band Live: I’m Not a One Man Show (“Special Two-Records Set”) is a double live album by the American singer and songwriter Danny Taylor, released on NewPax Records in June 1978, distributed in the US by Word. The album was produced by Bob MacKenzie. Live recording by Master Sound, Kansas City, Missouri. Mixed by Brent King at Sound Stage Studios in Nashville, Tennessee. All song written by Danny Taylor except track D3 co-written with his wife, Sandra Taylor.
Featuring Danny Taylor on guitar, banjo, vibes, and lead vocals, with his wife Sandra Taylor providing backing vocals; backed by Chu Nero on piano, saxophone, guitar, and vocals; Chad Watson on bass; Dennis Rogers on drums; and Rick Schupp on percussion.
I’m Not A One Man Show is another live set, this time with a small band that includes Danny’s wife Sandra on backing vocals. It’s a simple and fun Jesus music concert of nineteen songs (a double album) with a variety of styles and some memorable titles like «Snatchin’ All The Children From The Pits of Hell», «Boogie Woogie Preacher Man From New Orleans» and «The Jesus Gonna Love Ya Rag».
