Description
Just for You is an album by the British-Australian singer and songwriter Len Magee, released in the UK on Pilgrim Records in 1979, a division of Marshall Morgan & Scott. The album was recorded and mixed by Dave Aston and Les Moir at ICC Studios in Eastbourne, England; with John Pac of Parchment fame producing. Strings and brass arranged by Dave Anfield. All songs written by Len Magee except “Water Into Wine” written by Geraldine McClelland, “The Star of Christmas” written by Keith Rycroft, and “Tears Of The Lonely” written by Wayland Holyfield.
Len Magee is backed by a session band consisting of Dave Anfield on acoustic and electric piano (Fender Rhodes); Mo Witham on acoustic and electric guitars, as well as slide guitar; John Spurling on bass; and Pete Thompson on drums, with Les Moir on tuba. Backing vocals provided by John Pac and Sue McClellan of Parchment fame.
