You Put This Love In My Heart is an album by the Canadian pop duo Connie & Sherri (Connie Scott and her sister, Sherri), released on the Canadian label Image VII Records in 1979. The album was recorded in the US at Martinsound Studios in Alhambra and MCA Whitney Recording Studios in Glendale, California; as well as in Canada at Little Mountain Sound Studios in Vancouver. Produced and engineered by Frank Kejmar. Featuring covers of songs by CCM artists like Keith Green, Dan Peek, and Annie Herring of 2nd Chapter of Acts. (Connie & Sherri actually released a children’s album entitled Say I Do on Image VII in 1976, at age eleven and eight respectively. Their father, Gerry Scott, at that time was the president of Word Records in Canada and Image VII Records Incorporated.)
In the beginning of the ’80s Connie Scott was signed to Sparrow Records at age 18, as the label’s youngest artist ever.
