Description
Electronic Hymns… is an album credited the Canadian producer Chuck Clements, released on Horizon in 1980 (??), a division of Canadian Praise Industries Corp., manfactured and distributed by Praise Records. The album was recorded and mixed by Paul Forseth at P.S.P. Studios in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada; with Chuck Clements producing. Arranged by Gary Schellenberg and Clements. Concept and song selection by Chuck Clements.
Keyboards performed by Gary Schellenberg except on “Amazing Grace” featuring keyboards by Joe Vereecken. Synthesizers used included: Roland Jupiter 4, Prophet 5, Crumar Performer, Korg Lambda, and Pro One. A Lexicon PCM-41 digital delay processor was used in mixdown.
Making this album was the fulfillment of several dreams and aspirations. I had the opportunity of working with some talented people I admire, to produce some new instrumental variations on time-tested melodies.
