Nightlight

Description

Nightlight is the sophomore and final album by the Swedish instrumental jazz-rock project Tiá Diá, released in Sweden on the Swedish gospel label Royal Music in 1990. Also released in the UK, distributed under licence by Word Records. The album was recorded by Bo Reimer, Olle Junholm, Cenneth Almgren, and Åke Linton at Royal Music Studio in Gothenburg, Sweden; with Lars Danielsson and Olle Junholm producing. Mixed by Bo Reimer except track 8 mixed by Olle Junholm and Åke Linton. All tracks written by Lars Danielsson except track 10 written by Alex Acuña, as well as the Lennon-McCartney classic “The Fool On The Hill”.

The band project features Lars Jansson on acoustic piano and keyboards, David Wilczewski on saxophone, Ulf Janson on guitar, Lars Danielsson on bass, Alex Acuña of Koinonia fame on drums and percussion, and Per Lindvall on drums (as well as drum programming).
