Hjälp dej själv – b/w “For Crying Out Loud” – is a two-sided 7-inch vinyl single by the Swedish pop/rock band Edin-Ådahl, released in Sweden on CBS Records in 1982 (catalogue number CBS 2218). A shorter version of the title track was also included on the band’s full-length album Alibi released on CBS Records in 1982. The B-side “For Crying Out Loud” is a non-album track. Both tracks were produced by Anders Henriksson for Royal Music Productions.
