Description
En vandrares väg is the third solo album by the Swedish singer and songwriter Bengt Johansson of Terra Nova and Hoppets Horisont fame, independently released on Kuling Records in 1992. The album was recorded and mixed during the Spring of 1992 by Jonas Kuling at Studio Kuling in Örebro, Sweden; with Bengt Johansson producing.
Featuring Bengt Johansson on vocals as well as guitar, mandolin, and keyboards, backed by a session band featuring Magnus Spångberg and Dan-Erik Sahlberg on keyboards and background vocals (with the latter also providing flute and mandolin), Jan Nordbring on bass, and Per Nordbring on drums and percussion (a.k.a. the rhythm section of Freda). Saxophone and violin provided by Johan Borgström and Torbjörn Strand, respectively. Background vocals by Charlotte Ollward. (Track 3 features vocals by Katarina Josefsson. Track 9 features Ulf Bejstam on tenor saxophone and Per Bejstam on trumpet and flugelhorn. Track 10 features Stefan Bäcklund on double bass, Maria Hall on fiddle, and Lasse Fhager on percussion.)
