Bridges or Walls is the fifth solo album by the Norwegian singer and songwriter Jan Groth, independently released on Lorang Production in 2006. The album was produced by Jan Groth and features Norwegian session musicians like Per Kolstad (Sissel), Per Hillestad (a-ha), Jørun Bøgeberg (a-ha), and Stein Austrud (d’sound).
