Når alt forandres is the solo debut album by the Norwegian singer Hilde Kjeldsen, released on the Norwegian gospel label Lu-Mi in 1979. The album was recorded by Björn Almstedt at Europa Film in Stockholm, Sweden; by Christian Wille and Alf Emil Eik at Scanax Studio in Oslo, Norway; and as well at Talent Studio in Oslo and at O.A.L. Studio in Stockholm; with Finn Pedersen of Good News fame producing. Mixed by Björn Almstedt at Europa Film’s Studio 3 (“Solid State mixing console”). Arranged by Finn Pedersen and Vidar Kjeldsen (tracks A1 and A5).
Hilde Kjeldsen is backed by a session band featuring Kjell Öhman on acoustic and electric piano, clavinet, organ, and vibraphone; Peter Sandwall on acoustic piano (track B5); producer Finn Pedersen on Arp synthesizer and Elka clavinet; Hasse Rosén on guitars; Rutger Gunnarsson on bass; Ola Brunkert on drums and percussion; and Alf Emil Eik on percussion. As well featuring Ulf Andersson and Jan Kling (track A3) on saxophone and flute; Fred Nøddelund and Kåre Magnar Hagen on trumpet; Tore Nilsen and Øivind Westby on trombone (the latter also providing solo trombone); Svein Nafstad on oboe; with Claes Nilsson and Olle Gustafsson and providing solo violin and solo cello, respectively. Strings provided by members of the symfonic orchestra of Sweden’s national public radio broadcaster, Sveriges Radios Symfoniorkester. Backing vocals provided by Lennart Sjöholm, Lasse Westman, and Hilde Kjeldsen.
