One is the sophomore album by the Norwegian pop/rock band Growing Up To Be A Child, released on the Norwegian gospel label Master Music in 1997. The album was produced and recorded by Pål Espen Johannessen at his X-Ray Studios in Rolvsøy, Norway; with the band co-producing. Mixed by Rolf Graf at Graf Recording Studio.

Featuring Knut Petter Vangol on lead vocals, Kalle Solvang on acoustic and electric guitars, as well as vocals, Sven Håkon Øyreskleiv on keyboards, organ, and vocals, Morten Stokken on bass and vocals, and Per Anders Borgen on drums, percussion, and vocals. Backing vocals provided by Inger Johanne Dalskog. Violin and cello provided by Willy Aase and Gertrud Aase, respectively. Additional acoustic guitar and additional percussion by Rolf Graf.
