Ipso Facto

Description

A self-titled, four-track 12-inch vinyl EP by the American pop/rock band Ipso Facto (formerly known as One Truth) was self-released on TPRW Records in 1983. ( TPRW: TECHNOlogically POPular ROCKing WAVElenghts .) The EP was recorded by band member Smitty Price at Weddington Studios and Sound House in Hollywood, California; with the band producing. All songs written by Randy Butler except track B2 co-written with Terry Butler and J. Perison, as well as track B1 written by David John Etzen.

Featuring Terry Butler on piano, Smitty Price on keyboards, Randall “Randy” Butler on guitar as well as lead vocals (except track B1), David John Etzen on guitar (and as well lead vocals on track B1, written by Etzen), Andrew “Andy” Osbrink and Glen Holmen on bass, and William “Bill” Dragoo on drums. Background vocals by GREGorian Chants, etc. Randall, Terry, Bill, Andy, David & Greg.
