[Ken Scott, The Archivist, 4th Edition]
A bluesy, bosanova sound this husband and wife team has captured. Songs vary musically from the mildly juvenile «Get Outta That Crib» to a jumping «Don’t Look For the Living in the Place of the Dead». Most, lyrically, are bland. One exception, however is «Ain’t No Valley Too Low», an account of the singers’ personal relationship with their listeners.
Produced by Dave, the album was recorded at Beaver Mountain Studio, Yarrow, Canada.
(Best tracks: «Right Track», «Ain’t No Valley Too Low», and «The Children Who Know Their Father») [CCM (What’s New), May 1981]
