Description
Sons of Thunder is the solo debut album by the American singer and songwriter Danny Daniels of Bethlehem fame, released on MRC Records in 1982, a sub-label of Maranatha! Music. The album was recorded and mixed by Thom Roy at Whitefield Studios in Santa Ana, California; with Danny Daniels and Randy Rigby producing and arranging. All songs written by Daniels except tracks A1, A3, A5, and B2 co-written with Rigby.
Danny Daniels is backed by former bandmates Dom Franco and Randy Rigby, as well as Rob Watson on keyboards, Jim Fletcher on bass, and Dave Spurr on drums, among others.
The album track “Flyer” was featured on Back to the Rock #2, a multi-artist compilation released by Maranatha! Music through their label A&S Records in 1983.
