Description

Devils, Angels & Saints is the sophomore album by the American alternative rock band Dead Artist Syndrome (credited Brian Healy / D.A.S.), released on Eden Records in 1992, a sub-label of Frontline Music Group, distributed by FMG Distribution. The album was recorded and mixed by Derri Daugherty at Neverland Studios in Los Alamitos, California; December 1991 – January 1992, with Healy, Daugherty, and Steve Hindalong producing (the latter two of The Choir fame). Additional engineering by David Hackbarth and Christopher Colbert. All songs written by Brian Healy except The Mamas & The Papas classic “California Dreamin” written by John Phillips.

Fronted by Brian Healy on lead vocals backed by a studio band consisting of Michael Roe of The 77s fame on guitars, Jeff Sheets on keyboards, and a rhythm section featuring bassist Michael Sauerbrey and drummer Steven Hindalong (a.k.a. the rhythm section of Youth Choir). Backing vocals provided by Sean Doty of Veil of Ashes, as well as Derald Daugherty, Steven Hindalong, and Michael Roe.
