Description

The self-titled debut album by the American pop duo Acoustic Shack (Michael and Laura Misiuk) was released on Blonde Vinyl Records in 1991, distributed by Spectra Distribution. The album was recorded by Barry Wood at Neverland Studios in Los Alamitos, California; with additional engineering by Chris Colbert and Dave Hackbarth, and was produced by band member Michael Misiuk. Mixed by Hackbarth and Misiuk. All songs written by Laura and Michael Misiuk except “My Eyes Are Dry”, a song written by Keith Green and originally recorded on his 1978 album, No Compromise.

Acoustic Shack features Laura Misiuk on lead vocals and Michael Misiuk on acoustic and electric guitars, background vocals, and as well providing drum programming. Fretted and fretless bass played by guest musician Scott Tubbs.
