Restoration

Description

Restoration is the solo debut album by the American singer, songwriter, and session guitarist Mark Pogue credited Mark Pogue & Fortress, released on Pakaderm Records in 1991, manufactured and distributed by Word Records. The album was recorded by Mike Mireau and John Elefante at Pakaderm Studios in Los Alamitos, California; with brothers John and Dino Elefante producing. Mixed by Dino Elefante and Mike Mireau, assisted by Doug Beiden (“using the Eventide H-3000 Pakaderm Custom“).

Featuring Mark Pogue on guitar and lead vocals, backed by John Andrew Schreiner and John Elefante on keyboards, Mark Robertson on bass (later of This Train), and David Raven of The Swirling Eddies fame on drums, with Greg Vail sitting in on saxophone. Backing vocals provided by Cheryl Meester, Sara Tennison, and John Elefante.
