Attaché

Description

Attaché is the debut album by the Swedish pop/rock band Ellen B, released on the Swedish gospel label Leon Music in 1986. The album was recorded at Soundtrade Studios and KMH Studios in Stockholm, Sweden; with Lennart Sjöholm of New Creation fame producing. Arranged by Sjöholm and the band. All songs written by lead singer Lasse Nilsson-Wihk.

The band’s debut single Confession (b/w “Nånting”) was released in 1983 on the Swedish gospel label Stanley & Andrew Music. (Stanley & Andrew had similar AOR and hardrock acts like Bengalen, Leviticus, Genesaret and Victory at the time.) The line-up on the first single was Lasse Nilsson Wihk on vocals, Torgny Hammarstrand on keyboards, Lasse Olsson on guitar, Kenneth Eriksson on bass (of Dynamis and Negussie/Eriksson fame), and Christer Axelsson on drums. On the full-length debut album Attaché the original drummer Christer Axelsson had been replaced by Johan Fransson.
