At The Showbox is a live album by the American alternative rock band Poor Old Lu, released on Without Records in ‎September 2026. The album was recorded September 6, 2025, by Joshua Head live at The Showbox in Seattle, Washington; with the band producing. Mixed and mastered by Don Farwell at Earwig Studios.
Poor Old Lu is Scott Hunter on vocals; Aaron Sprinkle on guitar; Nick Barber on bass; and Jesse Sprinkle on drums.
