Description

Grafted, sub-titled An Adoption Album, is a multi-artist project independently released in 2012. The albums’ sole purpose is to raise awareness about the tremendous need for adoptive families for children waiting in the US foster care system.

Project Zero’s “Grafted” album was written and recorded by artist/producer Jason Truby and directed by Nolan Dean, “A Chance at Life” is a compelling song that brings to light the tremendous effect adoption has on the life of a vulnerable child in need of a family.
