I’m So Happy is a 7-inch vinyl single by the American vocal trio 2nd Chapter of Acts (the siblings Annie Herring, Nelly Greisen, and Matthew Ward), released on Lamb & Lion Records in 1972 (catalogue number LL 101), manufactured by MGM Records. Produced by Buck Herring for Thistle Productions. Strings and horns arranged by Michael Omartian. The song was written by Annie Herring and husband Buck.

The track is also featured on the multi-artist sampler album Christian People, Volume One released on Lamb & Lion Records in 1973. “I’m So Happy” was as well covered by Jamie Owens on her debut album Laughter in Your Soul released on Light Records in 1973 (featuring background vocals by 2nd Chapter of Acts).

The single later was included on 2nd Chapter of Acts’ retrospective 2CD box set entitled 20 released on Live Oak Records in 1992, and as well featured on the multi-artist CD collection History Makers: The Best of Christian Pop, Volume One (1970-1985) released on Sparrow Records in 2003.
