Hallelujah, sub-titled 16 Songs of Joyful Boasting, is a praise & worship album by the American vocal combo The Maranatha! Singers (the in-house choir of praise & worship label Maranatha! Music – a revolving ensemble known as The Maranatha! Singers), released on Maranatha! Music in 1988, distributed by The Benson Company. It is a part of an ongoing series of praise and worship compilations known as The Words of Worship. (The series gives direction to worship. Each release in the series focuses on one particular word of our worship vocabulary, and offers the listener a deeper understanding of the worship process.) The album was produced and engineered by Dan Collins. Orchestrated by Tom Howard.

Hallelujah: 16 Songs of Joyful Boasting – Hallelujah explores the meaning of God’s name and the fulfillment of His name in the person of Jesus. Once you really discover who it is that we worship, you too will joyfully boast in His name.
