Description
Ingemar Olsson Live, sub-titled Rockpoet med 1000 röster, is the ninth album by the Swedish singer and songwriter Ingemar Olsson, released on the Swedish gospel label Signatur in 1986. Re-issued by Cantio Records in 1989. (An English version of the album, entitled Ingemar Olsson Live: One Man, One Band and a Thousand Voices, was released on Cantio Records in 1989.) The album was recorded April 13, 1986 live at Stockholm Konserthus, featuring sixteen Youth Choirs from the Stockholm area. Produced by Ingemar Olsson.
Ingemar Olsson is backed by a band featuring Michael Winterquist of Bileams Åsna fame and Peter Ljung on keyboards, Henrik Janson and Janschie Börjesson on guitar, Teddy Walter on bass, Per Lindvall on drums, as well as Ulf Bejstam on saxophone, Per Bejstam on trumpet, and Stefan Jansson on trombone. Conducted by Pelle Thorsén.
