Description
Volume II is the sophomore studio album by the American hard rock band Die Happy released on Intense Records in 1993, a division of Frontline Music Group, distributed by FMG Distribution. The album was recorded by Chris Maddalone at Dino M II Recording in Torrance and The Mixing Lab in Garden Grove, California; with the band producing (except vocals produced by Thom Roy). Mixed by Maddalone (tracks: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7) and Thom Roy (tracks: 5, 8, 9, 10) at The Mixing Lab.
Die Happy features Robin Kyle Basauri on lead vocals, Larry Farkas on lead and rhythm guitar, Doug Thieme on lead and rhythm guitar as well as acoustic guitar, Greg Chaisson on bass and background vocals (as well as lead vocals on track 10), and Glen Mancaruso on drums and percussion. The album also features Willy Bobo on slide banjo, Mark Danziesen on percussion, and Sandy Benton on backing vocals.
