Standing in the Tower is a studio album by the American singer, songwriter, and keyboardist Joseph Lamm, independently released on HMS in May 1988. The album was recorded by John Bolt with Steve Millikan of Selah fame producing.
Lamm’s last independent release was an exercise in self-gratification; artful, yet imitative. This time out Lamm has poured his considerable talent into a high-quality recording of accessible pop/rock that has every potential to touch fans of major Christian radio acts in the contemporary field. ‘Standing’ makes the grade.
