Description

Live from Nowhere Else: Barn Raising Concerts is a double disc live album by the American alternative pop band Over the Rhine, independently released on the band’s own label Great Speckled Dog in 2015. Re-issued in 2017 (for the European market) featuring new cover artwork and re-titled Live from the Edge of the World. The album was recorded live during Memorial Day Weekend, May 23-25, 2015 by Justin Golden at Nowhere Else in Clinton County, Ohio; with Karin Bergquist and Linford Detweiler producing. Mixed by Justin Golden and Over The Rhine at Nowhere Farm in Highland County, Ohio.

Featuring Over the Rhine: Karin Bergquist on vocals, acoustic and tenor guitars, as well as percussion, and Linford Detweiler on acoustic and electric piano, acoustic guitar, and vocals; backed by “the band of sweethearts” featuring Brad Meinerding on acoustic and electric guitars, mandolin, and vocals; Eric Heywood on pedal steel and electric guitar; Jennifer Condos on hollow body bass; with Jay Bellerose on drums and percussion.
