Spirit is the fifth full-length album by the American singer and songwriter Jeremy Casella, independently released in November 2019. The album was recorded by Jim Dineen with Jeremy Casella producing. Mixed by Shane D. Wilson at St. Izzy’s of The East in Nashville, Tennessee.
