Description

Immortal is an album by the American singer and songwriter Cynthia Clawson, released on DaySpring Records in 1986, a division of Word. The album was recorded and mixed by Peter Haden at Weddington Studios in Hollywood, California; with John Rosasco producing. Orchestrated by John Rosasco (except track B2 orchestrated by J.A.C. Redford). Woodwinds conducted by Mark Watters.

Cynthia Clawson is backed by a session band featuring Smitty Price on keyboards (with producer John Rosasco providing piano on tracks A3 and A4), Marty Walsh on guitar, Leon Gaer on bass, Paul Leim on drums, and Brad Dutz on percussion, with synthesizer programmed by Rhett Lawrence. As well featuring David Sasaki on clarinet, Karen Lundgren on flute, Jon Clarke on oboe and English Horn, and David W. Riddles on Bassoon. Backing vocals provided by Bobbi White, Melissa Mackay, and Sandie Hall Brooks, as well as Azusa Pacific University Choir conducted by Dr. Gary Bonner.
