Vindens veg

Description

Vindens veg is the third album by the Norwegian singer and songwriter Solveig Leithaug, released on the Norwegian gospel label Master Music in 1994. (An English version of the album, entitled The Way of the Wind, was self-released in the US on Simple Saints Music the following year.) The album was recorded by Bernt Austad and Vidar Lunden at Musikkloftet in Oslo, Norway; with Tore W. Aas of Oslo Gospel Choir fame producing. Arranged by Tore W. Aas, Solveig Leithaug, and the band. All songs written by Solveig Leithaug.

Featuring Solveig Leithaug on vocals and acoustic guitar, backed by a session band featuring Bengt Hansen on acoustic piano, keyboards, organ, and accordion, Eivind Aarset on acoustic and electric guitars, Jonny Sjo on bass, and Ottar Nesje on drums and percussion. Background vocals provided by Marian Lisland.
