The Lord’s House: A Tribute to Reverend Dan Smith is a tribute album by the American blues singer and songwriter Darrell Mansfield, released on Son Records in 1996, available through Ocean Records, a division of Ocean Entertainment, manufactured and distributed by Word. The album was recorded by Chris Taylor and Leo Song at Crossroads Studios with Darrell Mansfield producing assisted by Bob Blue. Mixed by Chris Taylor.
Featuring Darrell Mansfield on lead vocals and harmonica, John Andrew Schreiner on keyboards, Richard Steicol on acoustic and electric guitars as well as lap steel guitar and background vocals, Michael Hackanson/Stacey on slide guitar, Jimmy Perez on bass, and Frank Cotanola on drums, with Mitch Ross providing tambourine, handclap, and foot stompin’. Backing vocals provided Jaymes Felix.
