Pauper in Paradise is an album by the American folk-pop duo Jim and Jerome (Jim and Jerome Cox), released on StarSong Records in 1980, distributed by Word. The album was recorded by Paul Mills and Brian Tankersley at Rivendell Sound Recorders in Pasadena, Texas; with Tankersley producing. Mixed by Tankersley.

Dreamy orchestrated acoustic soft rock sounds to file with your Gospel Seed, Stewart & Kyle and Christian Stephens. Some very moving moments led by lush captivating harmonies, lucid acoustic guitar work and rich string orchestration, only occasionally drifting off into excessively mellifluous territory. Even a touch of Simon & Garfunkel at times. Both gents provide acoustic guitar, assisted by others on additional guitar, piano, Rhodes, synthesizer, electric guitars, drums, strings, flugelhorn and backing vocals. «Rivers Of Living Water», «Book Of Life», «Words Of Jesus», «Love The Changes», «Early In The Morning», seven more, all originals.
